To make tea: Heat 1 cup (8 oz.) of hot water. Using the teabags provided, steep one teabag for 10 minutes. Each teabag can be used twice for 8 oz. cups, (keeping the used teabag in the refrigerator) or steep only once for 16 oz. Add honey, stevia, or agave nectar to sweeten as desired. If you prefer iced tea, refrigerate after steeping until chilled. This 15 ct. qty. is a 1 month supply.
