To make tea:
Heat 1 cup of hot water. Using the teabags provided, steep one teabag for ten minutes. Each teabag can used twice. Add honey, stevia or agave nectar to sweeten as desired. 15 count teabags. Steep each teabag twice. This is a one month supply.
Lemon Balm: known to have a calming, sedative effect. It reduces the growth of some viruses and bacteria. It is commonly used for cold sores, anxiety, stress, insomnia, indigestion, dementia and many other conditions. Reduces PMS symptoms, bloating, colic and nausea. The compound rosmarinic acid in lemon balm may help minimize the severity of menstrual symptoms like cramps and fatigue.
